Firstly, apologies for the delay of this post(should’ve been posted on Sunday) the video which really caught my attention this week was Gary Vaynerchuck Are You Working Hard Enough. This is a question which I constantly ask myself whether in my blogging or in everyday life.
In this video, Gary V breaks down how he conducts his conducts audits on social media accounts to determine whether they are actually working SMART. The example he focusses on here is on Twitter, although these are some core principles which could be applied on any social media platform.

- Diversify – throw right hooks(e.g. links to your blog) and jabs(retweets and responding to comments)
